It's moments like this that I feel like an idiot for not taking school more seriously! Wow. I am blessed to have the opportunity to learn, and I choose not to. I think that Plan Canada and the Because I'm A Girl campaign might just be one of the coolest charities in the world. So many countries doom themselves to lives of poverty because they refuse to empower their women. The twisted part is that so many of us women in Canada doom OURSELVES to lives of sadness and struggle because we refuse to empower ourselves! Inaction is not an option!! I will be adding regular Plan Canada updates to the blog and will also be making them a beneficiary for future Living Society projects!
