OH MY GOODNESS!!!! On my travels through the world wide web I came across this gorgeous creation! After sitting here for a few minutes deliberating with my slightly perplexed boyfriend, we have decided that it is a combination of a Collar and a Capelet. ( maybe we should call it a caper heehee....ahem.)This particular Caper was made by Ellita Couture, a Brooklyn, NY based group of talented knitters that create a number of funky silk lined neck pieces!
