makes a driver eight times more likely to be
involved in an automobile accident than while
driving sober. That's twice more than the
likeliness that a legally drunk driver will be
invloved in an accident, according to a study done
by Car and Driver.

Society frowns upon drunk driving, while
approximately 81 percent of the United States
population admits to texting while a driving a
vehicle. Why exactly is this considered acceptable
behavior?

Inspiring the parisien youth of tomorrow :) This is a track by french rapper Kery James, and the general idea of the song is to speak to disenchanted youth, struggling with what the future holds for them. Yoga for your Ears...

If you're anything like me, you've ventured into a Yoga Studio at least once, and laid yourself out on that mat all the while silently cursing and wondering why your body just don't bend! Well, fret no more inflexible brethren, you CAN do yoga after all! Check out the link below to learn more about NADA YOGA ( yes, that's the real name!) Nada Yoga means "union through sound" and it's practice is said to be the art and science of inner transformation through sound and tone!

Basically, applied practice of Nada Yoga is one Universal path to Self-Realization and can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, no matter your race or creed! For those of you who don't know the first thing about yoga, there are many categories including:


Jnana yoga, the yoga of knowledge and self-inquiry

Raja Yoga, a yoga integrating all the other four forms
Hatha Yoga, a basic form of Kriya Yoga, is the yoga of physicality, postures, and movement. It's probably the most well-known form of yoga in the West; however, the main classical text on yoga - the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali - discusses physical postures (Hatha Yoga) in only three of its two hundred verses.

I would say, there's light between us. Keeps me breathing through the storm, my head above the crowd.

I never used to be a huge fan of Armin's work, but this song has forever swung me from the dark side! Take a moment to really listen to the lyrics ( sung by Christian Burns) Does that name sound familiar?? Well, to all of you English music heads out there, Burns was in British Pop Band, BBMAK!! Haha, I used to rock out to their stuff when I was a young 'un. These days, Christian is enjoying some major success with electronic legends like Benny Bennassi, Tiesto, BT, Allure, and Matt Darey!!!

Bruno Mars - Grenade [Official Music Video]

Never really been into Bruno Mars, but after my trip to Lebanon I have literally memorized all of his songs! THEY LOVE him over there! I really enjoyed this video, the colouring is beautiful and it's one of the better ones out there. That and his dragging a piano around.....that takes some dedication!
